Registration
*Registration is also for tryouts. Please register even if unsure you'll be playing in spring (payments can be made after tryouts in this case).
When: January - April 2025
- Informational meeting: Wednesday, December 11th 6:30 - 7:30 PM in the CHS Media Center (enter on Ward Street - 5265 Ward St SE, Smyrna, GA 30080)
- Tryouts: Monday, January 27th (to determine Varsity and JV teams)
- Tryout registration deadline: Tuesday, December 31st.
- Practices start in January will typically be after school 4 days/week. Weight room mornings before school.
- 1st game is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11th, 2025.
What:
- Professional coaching
- Lacrosse equipment provided (if needed)
- Full season of Lacrosse (Varsity and JV)
- Campbell Lacrosse player pack
- Pre-game meals
- Team events (team building, banquet, etc)
- Community service event(s)
- Cost: $550 [scholarships are available, reach out to booster club (campbellboyslacrosse@gmail.com) for details]
Forms and Elgibility
SPRING LACROSSE ONLY
All players must follow Cobb County School District Athletic rules for eligibility both academically and with proper physical examinations. No player will be allowed to participate in conditioning or tryouts until the following forms are returned to their coaches.
Note that all students participating in any high school support must have a completed physical/waiver form on file with the coach for each sport they play and complete the athlete registration process in ParentVue.
The following are the steps in ParentVue:

Select Athletic Registration from the menu on the left (direct link to Athletic Registration Portal)

Click on the box on the right for Athletic Registration

Click on the Student Registration box on the top right

Select the student

Click the button Start New Registration

Complete all of the requested information. You will need to print/upload the cardiac arrest and concussion forms as well as the physical form signed by a physician.
